1. Free Plan

Our free plan is available at no cost and does not require any payment information. No refunds are applicable for free services.

Free plan users can upgrade to paid plans at any time, and our refund policy will apply to those paid subscriptions.

2. Paid Plans - 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

For paid plans, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your subscription, we'll provide a full refund.

This guarantee applies to:

  • Pro Plan ($29/month)
  • Enterprise Plan ($79/month)
  • Any other paid subscriptions

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Request the refund within 30 days of your initial purchase
  • Provide a valid reason for the refund request
  • Not have violated our Terms of Service

3. Refund Process

4. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Custom Development Work: Any custom coding, design, or development services
  • Third-Party Integrations: Costs associated with third-party services or plugins
  • Domain Purchases: Domain registration and renewal fees
  • After 30 Days: Any requests made after the 30-day period
  • Terms Violation: Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
  • Fraudulent Activity: Accounts involved in fraudulent transactions

5. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds for:

  • Service interruptions lasting more than 24 hours
  • Significant feature unavailability
  • Billing errors on our part

Partial refunds are calculated based on the duration of the issue and the affected services.

6. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

  • No refunds are provided for unused portions of the current billing period
  • Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time
